Given Up for Adoption: A Conversation with My Younger Self

I was once asked, if I could meet my younger self now, what would I want her to know, what would I feel compelled to share with her from my more mature perspective...

...that there was no one in all of creation quite like them and that they didn't have to try and fit into a box or pretend to be someone that they weren't....And I'll reassure her that one day she understands that everything that happens to her is a gift for her transformation and that she comes to realise the many blessings that there were in being adopted.
