If we are kind and honest with ourselves, we can begin to look at the messages we have carried with us from childhood and decide to let go of those which no longer serve us. I am beginning to learn that average is not a dirty word, perfectionism leads to a lifetime of discontentment, and even if I don’t always feel like it, I really am enough.
